Facts change
Cut-off times, delivery areas, fees, prices and policies are set by each florist and can change at any time, including around public holidays, Valentine's Day and Mother's Day. Each page says when we checked it. Before you order, confirm the delivery date, cut-off and total cost on the florist's own checkout page. If our page and the florist's checkout disagree, the florist's checkout applies.
How we name florists
We name a florist only with facts from its own website, with the date we read them. Florists are listed in alphabetical order, and that order is not a ranking. We don't say any florist is the best, and we don't publish ratings.
Prices
Prices are the listed prices we saw on the date shown. Florists often run promotions that change the price at checkout. We don't estimate or average prices.
Your consumer rights
The ACCC explains that consumer guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law apply automatically, and that a business can't remove them with a "no refunds" sign. Read the ACCC's consumer guarantees page. We can't help with an individual dispute; contact the florist first.
