Why this site exists
Ordering flowers online looks simple until the details matter. Cut-off times change by city and day, delivery fees are sometimes only shown at checkout, and refund windows range from a couple of days to a week. Each florist publishes these rules on its own pages. We put them side by side, in plain English, with the date we read them.
What we do
- Publish same-day cut-off times, delivery areas and fees as each florist states them.
- Explain refund, cancellation and substitution policies, and the consumer rights the ACCC says a store policy can't remove.
- Write city guides only where the florists we checked publish facts for that city.
- Date every fact and list our sources on every page.
What we don't do
- We don't sell flowers, take orders or pass on your details.
- We don't publish star ratings or review scores, and we don't rank florists. Our best flower delivery comparison sets out the facts so you can see which florist fits your address and date.
- We don't accept payment to change what a page says about a florist.

How we keep it accurate
Every page shows when it was published, updated and last reviewed. Florist facts come only from that florist's own website. Consumer law facts come from the ACCC. If we can't check a fact on one of those, we leave it out. Our sources page lists every page we used.
